To qualify and or maintain "Premium Status" you must buy or sell an average of 10 vehicles per month (calculated quarterly).
The escrow amount is equivalent to 1 sales ($100 for Premium accounts and $150 for Standard accounts) and will be applied to the above Buy and Sell Fees. Buy/Sell fees will depend on which group the customer belongs to (Premium accounts or Standard accounts).
The BUYER is required to pay a Buy Fee on each vehicle purchased. The SELLER is required to pay a Sell Fee on each vehicle sold. Buy/Sell fees will depend on which group the customer belongs to (Premium accounts or Standard accounts).
No Sale Fee is applicable to seller when a vehicle receives offer(s) and bid(s) but seller cancel the auction.
Reserve Fee is applicable to seller when a vehicle receives offer(s) and bid(s) but reserve price has not been met.
Double Sales Fee is applicable to seller when a vehicle was sold on GlobalCarExchange.com and is no longer available due to it being sold on another platform.
Breach of Deal Fee is applicable to either the buyer who fails to make payment or the seller who failed to deliver the vehicle in the allotted time period, in addition to the Buy/Sell fees incurred from the party in breach.
